Sonics Yard was started by Ahmed Ehab — a software engineer who spent years inside product teams, agencies, and startups across Cairo and the wider MENA region. He saw the same pattern everywhere: talented developers held back by misaligned processes, opaque communication, and an industry that rewards billable hours over real outcomes.
So he built something different. Sonics Yard is a studio that operates like an in-house engineering team — embedded in your workflow, transparent by default, and obsessed with shipping software that actually moves the needle.
